Q: How can I change my shipping address?

A: By default, the last used shipping address is saved in your Ovvio Oils account. During checkout, you will have the option of editing this or adding a new address.  

Q: How do I activate my account?

A: Once you fill out the registration form, you will receive an email with instructions to activate your account. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk / spam folder or contact us at

Q: How can I track my orders & payment?

A: After logging into your account, you will find details of your past purchases under Order History. The complete order details, including invoice, shipping and tracking will be updated here.

Q: Can I remove products from my cart before payment?

A: Yes. You can click on your shopping cart, and make changes to the products in the cart. You can remove, increase or decrease a particular product in the cart. 

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?

A: This depends on your shipping method. Standard Shipping takes 5-7 days, Priority Shipping takes two days, and Expedited orders will be delivered the next day. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

Q: What are the handling and shipping fees?

A: This depends on the shipping speed selected. $5.95 is charged for Standard delivery, $11.99 for Priority Shipping, and $21.99 for expedited one-day shipping.

Orders over $50 will qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

Q: How do you ship my orders?

A: We use external fulfillment services for handling and shipping for orders. After the payment for an order is cleared, the details are then shared with the fulfillment service, who prepare and ship the package. Orders are shipped via popular courier services like USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. The details of the courier service, along with the tracking details.

Q: What are the payment methods available?

A: At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and PayPal payments.

Q: How do I make payments using PayPal? How does it work?

A: PayPal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful PayPal payment, a payment advice for your order will automatically be sent to the system.

Q: Can I pay using PayPal without a PayPal account?

A: Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed in order to make payments through PayPal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a PayPal account, all you need is a Debit/Credit card that is supported by PayPal.
